Wellness Center at Trinity Landing

If you’ve been researching active senior living communities, you have undoubtedly heard one word over and over: wellness. Wellness means different things to different communities, but at Trinity Landing, wellness isn’t just a buzzword. It is a lifestyle that we seek to make accessible and fun through amenities, services, and an expert (and friendly!) staff.

Amenities making wellness accessible

Wellness doesn’t just mean fitness! There are seven dimensions to wellness, including physical, spiritual, emotional, social, occupational, intellectual, and environmental. If you want to learn more about the seven dimensions of wellness, click here to request a free guide!

To help you continue your active lifestyle, we will provide a wide array of fun activities and stellar amenities. For one, there is the dining. Our chef-prepared dining will comprise farm-to-table meals with a focus on nutrition and flavor. We want to make food that is both good and good for you! Additionally, we have a ton of ways for you to stay active on campus.

For instance, Trinity Landing will have a Wellness Center that includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a gorgeous indoor pool. The space will also provide welcoming outdoor spaces. According to the Director of Health and Wellness Nate Futrell, “Our spacious wellness center will have an outdoor-concept feel to it, with a huge array of windows looking out to its own wellness courtyard that will have fire and water design features.”

We will even provide a spa on campus for you to come get a massage and relax after a day of adventuring with your new friends.

Activities making wellness fun

Our amenities aren’t the only reason wellness is easy at Trinity Landing. We also take great care to provide fun activities and diverse programming. For instance, Nate Futrell has been in charge of weekly fitness classes for future residents of Trinity Landing. “One of my favorite parts of my role here,” Nate said, “is being able to craft the programming schedules to make this a top-notch wellness environment from day one. I’ve already met with many prospective residents to learn what resources they want and expect.”

Other fun activities at Trinity Landing include:

  • Two levels of cardio and strength conditioning
