Every day here on the shores of the glistening Intracoastal Waterway, the story of Trinity Landing continues to develop—and it’s shaping up to be an exciting one. Construction has been underway for a while now, future neighbors are meeting one another, and Founder’s Club members are selecting the custom finishes for their new homes.

So, what’s this story missing? You!

It’s easy to follow the Trinity Landing story and join the fun by visiting our Facebook page. If you haven’t yet connected with us on Facebook, you can join more than 2,000 of your peers by clicking here. We love keeping you up to date on progress, activities, special events and invites, and previews of everything that will make this the ideal coastal location for spirited and active senior living in North Carolina.

For now, here’s a peek at what you’ve been missing at Trinity Landing in Wilmington!

The source for the most Trinity Landing construction updates

Our friendly team members love showing off the progress that the construction crews are making, and our Facebook page is where they do it most often. About once a week, you’ll see a lot (sometimes dozens) of new photos showing this place coming together.

For example, we recently shared progress on a cluster of our sought-after villa homes fully framed and nearly ready for their exterior walls to be added. In the post (photos from which you can see below), our team also shared the names of Founder’s Club members who had already reserved all of the new homes in that cluster. Obviously, that means time is running out to reserve your own Trinity Landing villa or apartment!

Plus, our Facebook feed provides previews of the top-class activity and amenity spaces coming to life within the Trinity Landing Town Center seen below, such as the:

  • Live Oak Auditorium
  • Driftwood Art Studio
  • Rusty Anchor Club Room
  • Oyster Bay Café

Opportunities to explore, engage, and get inspired

On the Trinity Landing Facebook page, you will also see a regular stream of content that coincides with our philosophy of providing an engaging, inspiring, and distinctly coastal experience. A quick scroll will show you what we mean. For example, you’ll find:

We also make sure to share plenty of helpful information about Trinity Landing on our Facebook feed, such as informative articles (like this one) from our blog, plus multiple ways you can request more information through our free information kit or a private appointment.

FOMO-inducing fun galore!

We know that life happens offline, and judging by what gets posted on the Trinity Landing Facebook page, there’s a lot of living going on here along the Intracoastal Waterway. There’s so much happening that what you see may give you a serious case of FOMO (“fear of missing out”)!

That’s because by tuning into our feed, you’ll see how we’ve been building a sense of community among future neighbors: Founder’s Club members who have become fast friends before they even move in. While we can’t yet gather in big groups or in our beautiful Trinity Landing Town Center, we’ve built a strong foundation of friendship, fellowship, and fun—just take a look and see why this is already a can’t-miss community!

Future residents Cliff and Sylvia visited our info center to make selections for their new home, but not before getting in a quick set on the TRX bands!

Our team enjoys some locally baked sweet treats from Dewey’s Bakery. Big smiles are under those masks!

Future residents brought the family along to share in the excitement and the beautiful views from our site along the ICW!

Our Trinity Landing Saltwater Wellness program gets future residents moving, and it has its own Facebook page that you can like and follow as well!

With more than 2,000 likes on our Facebook page, it’s obvious that there’s a lot of interest in Trinity Landing. And with fewer than 50 residences still remaining, now is the best time to join our Founder’s Club. If you wait too long, you might miss out, and that would be the worst case of FOMO ever!
