So much to do, on and off-campus

Residents will be able to host overnight guests in their residence for up to one month, and guests can take full advantage of the onsite amenities and planned events plus the coastal town of Wilmington. Visitors will be able to take a dip in the pool, stroll the gorgeous grounds and dine in the restaurant-quality venues alongside you. They will even have access to the Wellness Center, featuring the latest fitness equipment, in addition to the full calendar of social and educational events.

If you prefer to spend your time off-campus, downtown Wilmington is just a short drive away, featuring restaurants and cafés, shops and museums. Or, spend time with your guests on one of the local beaches. There’s always something to do for both you and your loved ones, and with planned trips and provided transportation, it will be even easier.

When it comes to meal times, let someone else do the cooking and dine with family and friends on-campus at one of the venues. Don’t spend time away from your visitors cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. Leave that up to us! While your monthly service package includes the cost of your monthly meals, your guests will be able to dine for a small fee.

Do your loved ones or guests have four feet, instead of two? Leashed pets are welcome as well! The campus will be the perfect place to take your pet for a stroll and explore the natural surroundings.

Total Security

For safety purposes, our community doors will remain secure at night. However, residents, security personnel or the concierge may allow your guests in at any time. Residents may even put in a call to the concierge to let them know that their guests will be arriving. 24/7 security is another service that residents of Trinity Landing will come to enjoy, giving them peace of mind at all hours of the day.
