Thanks to fall’s mild temperatures and blue skies, we’re happy to report construction is moving right along at Trinity Landing in Wilmington. Construction is progressing smoothly, and it’s incredible to see everything coming together at our waterfront senior living community right on North Carolina’s scenic Intracoastal Waterway.

The Town Center A wing has been framed and the D and E wings already have concrete slabs, giving a glimpse into the vibrant amenities that await you when we open in 2022. We’ll have multiple restaurant venues where you can enjoy everything from gourmet to pub-style meals; a Wellness Center where you can use state-of-the-art fitness equipment and receive personalized training; a heated, indoor pool where you can take water aerobics classes year-round; an art studio where you can create your latest masterpiece; and a salon and spa where you can look and feel your best.

Construction crews are also hard at work building Trinity Landing villas – one of the two spacious options for your dream coastal residence. Our two-story villa buildings feature four residences per floor, and each floor plan is designed to allow outdoor light on three sides and outdoor walks to the Town Center. Or, you can choose a one- or two-bedroom apartment in our multi-story buildings that feature enclosed walkways to Town Center amenities.
