“Dogs have owners, cats have staff.” – Unknown

Whether your furry friend considers you an owner or a member of staff, he or she is absolutely welcome at Trinity Landing! For many, including members of our team, the home isn’t complete without wagging tails or happy purrs. Plus, studies are indicating that having a pet can help you live a longer, healthier life!

At Trinity Landing, you’ll be able to take advantage of our many walking paths and green spaces to exercise your pet. Plus, one of the benefits of becoming a depositor is designing the community you want, meaning you’ll have a say in events and activities like adoption events or visits from therapy animals!

“Happiness is a warm puppy.” – Charles Schulz

“I love cats because I enjoy my home; and little by little, they become its visible soul.”  – Jean Cocteau

Considering an addition to your pack? The New Hanover Humane Society has a variety of cats and dogs ready to find their fur-ever home. Plus, much of downtown Wilmington is dog-friendly, including the Dock Street Oyster Bar, the Ghost Walk of Old Wilmington, The George on the RiverWalk and even the New Hanover County Arboretum. If you really want to spoil your pooch, a trip to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is a must!

“Happiness starts with a wet nose and ends with a tail.” – Unknown

If you’re considering Trinity Landing but don’t want to have a pet, no need to worry! All pets will spend most of their time in their owners’ private residence, and they will not be allowed in certain common areas like the dining room (with the exception of service animals). You’ll be able to have a little or as much interaction as you want.

Whether you want to stroll the sand with the pooch, get cozy with the cat or neither, Trinity Landing will have a comfortable coastal home for everyone. See what else is in store for our community by checking out the rest of our blog.
